Composed of a large living room with parquet and stone, this former silkworm farm renovated in a loft spirit offers a large living space for a stay with family or friends. The large living room opens onto a 30m2 terrace without vis-à-vis to enjoy the sun, take meals... In June, tenants will have access to a non-adjoining plot of land with a private above-ground swimming pool of 2.80 x 6.60 m. Thanks to its 1m water height, it will offer a fun and safe pool for your children! Our accommodation will offer you all the comfort and charm of a beautiful apartment in the countryside. We have designed it in order to preserve the large volumes of the silkworm farm. Composed on the same level of a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms (a double bed and two single beds) and two bathrooms, this place is perfect for a family of 4 people. If necessary, the living room with its sofa bed can accommodate an additional adult or two children (sleeping size 133X175).
