1 bed in 140X190, 2 beds in 90X200 which can be combined into 1 bed of 180X200, 1 bed in 160X200, 1 mezzanine bed in 90X200 and a BZ bench in 140X190.
- 2 bathrooms in the main house (one with walk-in shower and the other with bath/shower) and a shower room in the pool house with the summer kitchen.
- The pool house is open from June 1st to September 30th, except for stays of less than a week.
- Home cinema in the living room with NETFLIX.
- Induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine in each kitchen.
- Washing machine and dryer.

You have access to all the rooms except for certain reserves useful for the operation of the concierge service and the maintenance of the estate.

Check In / Arrival: 5 pm
Check Out / Departure: 10am
- A DEPOSIT OF 1000€ WILL BE REQUESTED ON ARRIVAL AND RETURNED AFTER THE EXIT INVENTORY WITH THE CONCIERGE IF EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER.
To be paid directly to the concierge at the time of your arrival:
- The option of sheets and towels of 20€/person. Free for stays of one week.
- Concierge fees of €100 to be paid by the tenants.
Your concierge will ensure that your stay runs smoothly. He or she will take care of your welcome, your needs and your departure.
You won't have to worry about cleaning at the end of your stay, so you can fully enjoy your holiday until the last moment.
