Stand alone Guesthouse with no shared walls.
Nestled in the backyard of family owned home in Reseda. The space is a Studio by design and offers a peaceful and quiet retreat from the hustle of Los Angeles.
There’s a bike path right next to us, a 17.9-mile paved route from North Hollywood to Chatsworth, car-free and great for biking, jogging, or walking.

Has what you need to cook just about anything. There is no oven.

There is a small 2 person bistro table with chairs outside the front door that overlooks a pool.

Baby Pack N Play available upon request. It must be requested as early as possible to ensure availability. $40 Service charge for delivery and set up

SMALL CARS: gravel parking spot, do not block driveway.
LONG CARS: street parking.
ALL CARS may use our driveway between 9PM–8AM.

The couch in the Guesthouse converts to a bed so we have the ability to host 4 Adult Guests. With that said, it is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.

WOW! Would definitely come back again! This is the cutest little place and perfectly situated in town for all the things nearby. Also my kids had an absolutely amazing time. This place was perfect size for my small family. Thank you so much to the Host!

Hose was clean, well furnished and quiet...came with everything thing you will need to cook....and access to the pool....it was a perfect stay...oh, easy access to the highway
