About this apartment rental

This magnificent apartment located in a secure residence will seduce you with the elegance of its layout and its top-of-the-range services. About a 10-minute walk from the beaches and the Palais des Festivals, you will find all amenities just a few steps from the residence. Completely renovated and air-conditioned, this very bright accommodations are the ideal starting point to enjoy Cannes and its surroundings.
For your comfort, a parking space in the basement is at your disposal.
Located on the 4th and last floor of a luxury residence, the accommodation consists of:
- A bright and spacious living room with a very comfortable sofa bed opening onto a corner terrace
- A fully equipped open kitchen
- 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds opening onto
A very pleasant terrace
- 2 shower rooms, one of which is en suite and one with toilet.
- A separate toilet
- A splendid roof terrace of about 80m² with a pergola of 30m² and
Gas barbecue
You can also enjoy the swimming pool of the residence.
