Elegant and charming flat located in a 17th-century aristocratic building in Via Condotti, a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps. It has a living room, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, fully equipped kitchen, small balcony with table and chairs for outdoor breakfast. This was the most perfectly located penthouse. Only a few blocks from the Spanish steps and the host was amazing. We had an issue with one of the rooms ac the first night but they had a technician there the next morning. All around amazing experience for our family of 4 in Rome. Secure metro to get around it’s way more efficient than cabs, unless you like scooters or e-bikes which is also super accessible.

This is staying in actual history - a building from the 16th century and the apartment is managed by a man who is a member of the family that built it. The building is, as historic buildings are, a bit quirky - the tiny elevator can only accommodate 2 at a time or 1 with a big bag. The bathroom has a large jetted tub with a shower in it, but stepping in and out will be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.However, the location is within a few blocks of the Spanish Steps, with stores and restaurants everywhere you look. The beds are comfortable and the AC works perfectly. There is a full kitchen (Italian espresso coffee pot), original artwork, and Ottaviano will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Truly unique stay.

Superb location just a one minute walk from The Spanish Steps. The apartment was very comfortable and well provisioned. Air conditioning worked great too!
