Le Monêtier-Les-Bains is located at an altitude of 1,500 meters in the Serre Chevalier Valley—known for its abundant sunshine—which stretches from Briançon to the Col du Galibier. In both winter and summer, you’ll enjoy the authentic charm of this lively, well-preserved, family-friendly village that’s bustling year-round.
The “Monêt Yeah” apartment, with a floor area of 50 m², is located in the heart of the village, on the top floor of the Vie de Clare residence in a quiet setting. There are plenty of parking spots available in the village, including several right near the apartment. You can unload your luggage right at the building’s entrance.
The ski lifts for the large Serre-Chevalier ski area, the Grands-Bains thermal spa in Monêtier-Les-Bains—built around a natural hot spring—and all the village’s amenities are within walking distance. A free shuttle also provides access to the ski lifts (stop 50 m from the apartment).
There are numerous activities available. In winter: downhill skiing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing. In summer: a wide variety of magnificent hiking and mountain biking trails, renowned mountain passes to tackle by road bike (Lautaret, Galibier, Granon, Izoard, etc.), rafting on the Guisane River, tennis courts, gourmet and traditional restaurants, a movie theater, and cultural events. All information is available at the tourist office.
The south-facing accommodations are equipped as follows:
- an entryway with a wardrobe and shoe storage cabinet;
- a living-dining room with a wood-burning stove, a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa, 2 ottomans, an extendable coffee table, an extendable dining table with two chairs and four stools, a large-screen TV (Wi-Fi box), a sound system (Bluetooth connection);
- a fully equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and all necessary kitchen utensils; raclette, cheese fondue, and Chinese fondue sets are available;
- a balcony with a superb, unobstructed view of the mountains, furnished with a small table and two bar stools;
- a fully renovated bathroom with a new shower, a designer sink, and a hair dryer;
- a separate toilet;
- upstairs, two separate bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine (2 140 beds), a desk, 2 high chairs, a 90x190 mattress for occasional use, and a closed walk-in closet with a large wardrobe.
The apartment is particularly comfortable and functional, tastefully decorated, with plenty of storage space and fully equipped for a vacation stay.
Outside, there is a ski storage room and a bike storage area.

Rentals are on a weekly basis; prices (depending on the season) and availability are available upon request.
Sheets and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival. Bathroom amenities and basic kitchen supplies are available. End-of-stay cleaning is included.
