About this house rental
House of 70 m² on 2 levels not overlooked with shaded terrace of 25 m² and garden.
Located in a very quiet condominium with secure access, you will leave your car there, on its parking space in front of the house, and on foot you can go in less than 10 minutes to the beach of La Roquille or by crossing the pine forest to reach the port and its many shops.
4 adult bikes, one of which has a Hamax child seat, are at your disposal to take the cycle path that borders the residence. In a few pedal strokes you will be at the Grande Conque beach (volcanic cliffs), the Naturist Village, the Avant-port, or the Mail de Rochelongue for the most courageous.
The terrace is a place of life in its own right: you will have your meals out of sight and out of the eaves. You will sunbathe in the outfit that suits you in the calm of the large pine and cypresses. Don't be surprised by the visit of the squirrels or the Geckos.
When you return from the beach, your bath towels will take advantage of the fresh air to dry.
The equipment of the house is complete and suitable for 4 people. The volumes are generous and give natural thermal comfort.
You will fully enjoy Cap d'Agde, its many attractions and the region
