Great location, very poor communication and security

The location is the only reason I’m giving it a 4

I experienced a major security negligence and very poor communication from the management. During my stay, they offered me a mid-stay cleaning which I accepted and I left the apartment on the cleaning day around 11AM Tuesday making sure I locked the door behind me. I came back to the apartment same day almost at midnight only to find the door left unlocked for the whole day with all my stuff inside. Nothing was missing but in a building where you can't keep track of who is coming in and out, this is a security risk. What’s worse is the communication. I informed them about this issue through WhatsApp the next morning at around 10AM on Wednesday (which they read in a few minutes) but they did not respond until Friday at 10PM. Mind you this was the night before my checkout so they were basically giving me the checkout instructions and they simply added a few additional sentences to their checkout message accepting this negligence and confronting the cleaning staff. I didn’t expect them to solve it right away or anything, just a simple message acknowledging the situation would be just fine. Taking more than 2 days to reply to a serious issue is just unprofessional and I don’t think they can live up to their high reviews for long with this kind of service

The location is great near Oxford st, Tottenham Tube, and Soho area.

Location is nearby Oxford st and Soho Area and tottenham tube. Easy instructions to get the keys and automated. Cleaning was provided. The apartment was bright wide windows. Bed is low but comfortable

Suitable for couple or Solo travellers. The price was high. Maybe london is just expensive. You can here neighbours going up an down to their apartment. No closets but alot of hangers

Towells were extra big and nice.

The curtains fell down due to wall fixings in brackets being loose. Manager Annie said she'd get that fixed. Stairwell carpet was a bit grubby. There was ground coffee but no plunger to make coffee. Bedroom was tiny, barely room to navigate for two people. No AC. Bedroom window was stuck but finally managed to get it open thank God. There is a small fan which helps.
