Kiváló könyéken, közel a Vatikánhoz gyalog is, és metróval is. A szállás tisztasága makulátlan, az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, bár a két paplanoz szokott pároknak fura lesz az egy nagy, de egyáltalán nem zavaró, hiszen hatalmas az ágy mérete. Szuper, hogy az egyik hálószobából közvetlenül nyílik a fürdő. A nappalit feláldozták egy hálószobának, ezért az ehhez tartozó fürdő a folyosóról nyílik. Szuper, hogy így van kettő belőle! 4 vagy esetleg 4 felnőtt 2 gyerek részére is kényelmes! A szállás el van látva mindennel, ami az esetleges főzőcskézéshez szükséges: kávéfőző, vízforraló, mosógép mosószerrrel (az erkélyen), mosogatógép mosogatószerrel, edények. Conad bolt, metró közelsége kiváló.
Mint ahogy sokan írták, a vízhőmérsékletet nehéz beállítani, és időközben változik (elhűl). Egy sütő jó lett volna még a konyhába egy gyors vacsorához, meg egy kenyérvágó kés is. Tudom, hogy sokan egyáltalán nem főznek, de mi 5 napig voltunk, egy vagyon lett volna akármilyen olcsó helyen - ami amúgy ritkaság Rómában - reggeli-ebéd- vacsorázni, úgyhogy mi a reggelit és a vacsorát itt oldottuk meg. Kicsit retró az erkélyről a belső udvarra a kilatás, nagy a kontraszt az apartman belseje és a külső között, de ez természetesen nem a szállásadó hibája :-)

Ambiente ambiente amplo e limpo, toalhas e lençóis confortáveis, estrutura completa de utensílios, incluindo máquina de lavar roupa, secar toalhas, secador de cabelo, ferro elétrico, tudo muito caprichado. Estadia muito próxima do Vaticano, sendo 10
Minutos de caminhada a pé até o local. Perto de restaurantes, supermercados. Anfitriã muito disponível e sempre enviando mensagens em tempo real. Internet disponível, tv conectada. Nos sentimos em casa, com muito conforto e segurança. Tem elevador para facilitar com as malas. Facilidade em pegar Uber para locomoção. As fotos da divulgação são reais e condizentes com o que encontramos.
Não conta como ponto negativo, mas a nível de informação, um dos quartos não é suite, o banheiro fica fora do quarto. Outra observação é que para ir aos locais turísticos fica cerca de 5 km dando uma hora de caminhada, locais como Fontana de Trevi, Pathenon, Castelo de San Ângelo e Coliseum. Entretanto, a Cidade do Vaticano se faz toda a pé. Recomendo a estadia!

Una settimana a Roma, quartiere tranquillo, diversi ristoranti in zona, supermercato, farmacia, tutto il necessario al massimo 15 minuti a piedi, inclusa la metro A fermata Cipro. Appartamento moderno e pulito dotato di aria condizionata. 2 camere spaziose, balconcino. 2 bagni con doccia, cucina semi completa (senza forno). Lavatrice in balcone utile per lunghi soggiorni.
Abbiamo avuto per tutta la settimana problemi con la temperatura della doccia, poca pressione e diversi giorni per capire come far rimanere la temperatura dell'acqua buona per farsi la doccia. Al termine del nostro soggiorno sembra che sia stato risolto da un'idraulico.

Clean
No hot water on the first night and told to wait until the next day for a solution. I had to fight to force the host to show me where the boiler was so I can fix the problem. I wasn’t going to shower my kids with cold water. He was not empathetic at all and even asked why I was upset. Then had the audacity to ask me to rate my experience a 10. Unbelievable! I also asked to speak to the owner but he refused. I can go one with more details, but it’s not worth my time.
