Close to the main area, downtown, shopping area, malecón. Few minutes away of the main touristic area, great for a good walk, feel very safe, Day and night. Beautiful and safe building, with a provided parking space outside. The apartment is such a great place, very comfy, everything what you need for a great stay, and we where allowed to enter before the check in time. Everything works perfect. 100% recommended.
Nothing. All perfect

Professional host attitude, great location, friendly cleaning staff. Communication was excellent and owner went out of way to make sure I was comfortable.
Ceiling fan blades (ventilador aspas) hadn't been cleaned and when I reversed (should be downdraft blade direction during hot summer climate!) fan speed direction for downdraft (cooling) tremendous amount of lint/dirt/dust flew off the dirty blades. Obviously, overhead fan was neglected for months (years?) in cleaning routine. Otherwise, facility was sparkling clean. Ceiling fans can accumulate much dust and dirt debris on the blades that house cleaning didn't notice. .
