The view and easy access, also we could quite safely store luggage before check in and after check out
Another staff less hotel meaning some overcomplicated steps to check in eg. We were confused how to get to our floor and we had to figure out to pick up elevator card

just right in front of songdo beach
japanese toilet bowl (bidet and dryer)
provided many towels
we availed the room in 14th floor, and it has a terrace view of the sea
quiet and relaxing
It has a korean restaurant below, a starbucks and a blu shaak cafe
far from the usual spots. need to research on how to go to this place and so on
the sink was partially clogged.. water stays still for minutes.

Its in front of the beach, and you have market in the door and restaurants, the view was perfect.
1- the hair dryer was not working well and there was nobody to ask
2- you need to enter the password each time you enter to the room
3- no cleaning for the room, you have to ask and its not free
4- the washing machine in the 4 floor working only with coins (there is a machine that changes the notes to coins) but if i can pay with card it will be easier.
