The late check in availability was very useful.
The staff were very friendly.
The rooms were comfortable.
The breakfast was good.
Lack of parking on site was a problem initially but solved by parking on the road nearby for a price.

The area of the hotel's location
I had wifi problem initially, later it was resolved after 3 hrs, after speaking with Booking.com customer service agent. Room door locking system wasn't good. No microwave in the room to heat up food. No proper instructions for heating system in the room. Windows didn't lock properly.
