Great Location. The staff was very supportive. The digital guide was helpful, the communication via WhatsApp flawless. Nice room. You have to be aware that Naples is lively and loud.

Close to Duomo Metro (Line 1), surprisingly quiet given that it's on a main road. Extremely helpful staff - helped us quickly find an English-speaking emergency dentist. Huge Jacuzzi (although temperature control was somewhat random) - they even supplied candles!
Not much flat surface for laptop etc; power sockets in a strange place (hidden under bedside tables).

Anna is the best!
no problems at all.

Good location
Remote booking in is poorly executed. Could not access door initially and then room itself. Stated card would be in room, but none had been left. No apology and resulted in lost time preventing us from completing our planned itinerary.
