Veel zorgen doordat we moesten vertrekken door "dubbele boeking"

Prachtig zicht vanuit de tuin.

initieel hadden we ons verblijf geboekt voor een verlengd weekend van vrijdag tot en met zondag. Ik wilde later de data wijzigen naar een hele week en dus verblijven in de vakantiewoning van maandag tot en met zondag. Helaas was het niet mogelijk om de data te wijzigen, ik heb dan een nieuwe boeking gedaan voor maandag, dinsdag en woensdag. Donderdag kon ik niet boeken. Ik heb dan hierover contact opgenomen met de host, maar kreeg als reactie dat ik hiervoor contact moest opnemen met booking zelf. Ik heb dan telefonisch contact gehad met de klantendienst van booking, zij zouden contact opnemen met de host en ervoor zorgen dat we woensdag en donderdag konden blijven. Verder heb ik hierover niets meer vernomen, nog van booking, nog van de host. Bij onze aankomst op maandag heb ik meteen contact proberen opnemen met de host om te vragen of alles in orde was voor de hele week, geen reactie. Ik heb dinsdag avond nog eens proberen bellen, opnieuw geen reactie. Uiteindelijk kregen we woensdag ochtend de conciërge (die alleen frans sprak en geen Engels) aan de lijn dat we asap de woning moesten verlaten. Dus nadat ik verschillende keren iemand probeerde te contacteren, kreeg ik enkel de boodschap dat we moesten vertrekken. We werden letterlijk met 2 kinderen (eentje van 4 en eentje van 10 maanden op straat gezet) door zogezegd een dubbele boeking. Als ze me meteen op maandag te woord hadden gestaan, had ik hier een oplossing voor moeten zoeken. - Het huis was gepoetst, maar in de hoeken en aan de gordijnen hingen spinnenwebben, aan het wasmachine stonden vieze schoenen en sokken, in de BBQ zaten nog oude assen. De matrassen waren hard, rond één van de matrassen zat nog plastic die dus geluid maakte als je bewoog, de douche en bad waren heel klein, de trap kraakte enorm en maakte onze kinderen wakker. - communicatie was er niet. De host antwoorde niet als je een vraag had. Nam telefoon niet op en stuurde een sms dat ik contact moest opnemen een onvriendelijke conciërge

Maravilloso lugar, falta cuidado a los detalles.

La ubicación, la vista al mar, el jardín, la facilidad del acceso, las habitaciones.

La casa estaba preparada para recibirnos especialmente las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias pero el salón y la cocina no tenía el mismo estándar. Muchas telas de araña en los rincones y pocas instrucciones para temas básicos como por ejemplo la electricidad de la casa que estaba cortada y había que entrar al depósito para darla.

La ubicación, la vista al mar, el jardín, la facilidad del acceso, las habitaciones.

La casa estaba preparada para recibirnos especialmente las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias pero el salón y la cocina no tenía el mismo estándar. Muchas telas de araña en los rincones y pocas instrucciones para temas básicos como por ejemplo la electricidad de la casa que estaba cortada y había que entrar al depósito para darla.
