I liked the location; it was close to the shops and the mall. The security staff was very polite.

The property was extremely dirty upon rrival, with widespread dust, mold, and fleas—making it obvious that previous guests had kept dogs. There was damp linen left behind, dirty vents that couldn't be closed (allowing bugs to come and go freely), and a constant smell of gas, yet there was no smoke alarm. To top it off, we had to clean the property daily due to the sheer amount of dust that kept settling, the blinds fell off the wall, and the bed frame wasn't even attached to the bed. Essential facilities were in poor condition. The hot water constantly fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold, making showering very difficult. Cooking equipment was outdated and inadequate—we even had to use a manual flame/lighter just to light the gas oven, and ended up having to buy our own modern kettle to get by. We specifically booked this place for its proximity to the hospital while returning with our newborn baby, which we had made the property manager fully aware of in advance. Luckily, we documented these issues on day one and reported them to Booking.com. The attached images are truly just the tip of the iceberg. Despite the evident neglect, the property manager tried to accuse us of causing damage and demanded 20,000 MXN. Reporting everything immediately on arrival protected us against these claims. Anyone considering this property should be extremely cautious.

Overall it was a great stay. Easy communication with the host and everything was explained well. I would return again fo

The location is good it’s around plenty of stores and shops that it can be a staycation if you wanted.

Only things I didn’t like was that the rug wasn’t well vacuumed and vacuum didn’t work well for me to try and clean it. The beds are way to soft and might want to replace them.

This place is for little people that don't mind a bit of mold and standing in dirty shower water

Staff and hosts were nice and provided good service. The location was great. Getting in and out with our car was easy and service was good. Front desk people were attentive and friendly.

The master ensuite (washroom) was tiny and difficult to get into to use the toilet. The shower did not drain which was really gross. There were mold and mildew on the caulking in the shower and around the sink. The bottom of the cabinet doors on the sink was rotting (probably due to the shower drain that did not work) After banging my head on the range hood glass every day I gave up and stopped using the kitchen altogether.
