Superb stay great location

Location, comfortable bed

The bathroom door didn’t close, we had someone that came in to fix it so thank you :). There was not a shelf or a rack to put put toiletries bottles, also could do with a little bottle of washing up liquid on arrival

The apartment lighting was very poor. The mattress was in very poor condition and should be replaced, it was impossible

There were two critical failures, mattress was in very bad shape, and no response from owner/manager

There were two critical failures. First, the mattress was worn out in such a way that it was very difficult to sleep; you end up falling to the center. Second, the manager contacted me to confirm the date and time of checkout, so I responded; however, when I contacted them asking to do something about the mattress, they never responded. I tried multiple times. This property is a risk; if you experience a problem, you may not get help from the managers.

6 / 10

Overall, it’s a decent place for a couple of nights.

The only thing I really liked was the kitchen

It can get a bit noisy in the morning, the mattress isn’t very comfortable, and the pillow for two is made as one piece, which isn’t ideal.
