The Drury Plaza Hotel was just beautiful. Extremely clean and refreshing. Everyone there working the desk was very professional and pleasant to talk to. Very helpful & kind went out of there way to accommodate our needs.

It's a nice hotel don't get me wrong but there is fixes that would be nice
The rooms are all the same. All the same pictures in every rooms. Could be creative with that and mix it up. Here in Florence there's a lot you could do. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms/showers.
