The Apartment is dirty. The TV didn't work, iron, kettle pots and pans, carpets, balcony all stained. The microwave looked like it was from the 90's. The whole place looks like its been furnished from a charity shop. Its certainly not expected when you pay $4700 to stay here for a week. There was a human stool floating in the toilet on arival, and a bogie wiped on the wall in the main bedroom. All photographed. We reported this on day 1, along with photographs and on day 5 had a visit from the manager who replaced the iron, a few cups, kettle and pots and pans. That was it.
The furniture is very old and falsely advertised. Bets are very cheap with old mattresses. i found pictures on line from Domain property group in 2013 and these photos are still used today to advertise this dump. Same furniture other than the couch which looked like it came from the side of the road.
Still waiting for my deposit return even though I have it in writing from the manager it's been approved. We checked out over 10 days ago.
No electrical items have been tagged showing they've been tested which im sure is law in NSW for short term rentals.
This Apartment is supposed to be a $ 4700 per week apartment. The location is all it has. Do not stay here. See real photos in wish I could upload more especially of the beds and couch.
