It was very cute with all the Chicago decor. There were towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap all ready there to use. There was plenty of hot water to allow 3 people to shower in the morning without running out. While the bedrooms were on the small size the beds were comfortable. The living room was nice with a sofa and armchair. When questions arose my messages were answered promptly. Located in a quiet neighborhood.
Everything was fine. Though if you drive a larger vehicle, I drive a large truck parking can be a little tight. Also while it may be only a 20-minute drive to the city line of Chicago plan for at least a 35 - 60-minute drive to get into the city. Traffic was bad during the week both in the morning, late afternoon and evening. The only time it was ok was when we came home after 9 pm then traffic was mild.
