The apartment is pleasant, well located, and comfortable. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially after the refund was processed. The neighborhood is convenient and enjoyable.
There was a hot water issue during the stay. While it was not a major problem for us in practice and was compensated afterward through Booking, it is still an important point that should be improved.
In addition, the policy regarding the second bed / sofa bed lacks clarity. Although the apartment is advertised for two guests, using the second sleeping option may incur additional charges. This should be explained more clearly to avoid any confusion.
Overall, a good place to stay, provided these aspects are better anticipated.
