Mostly very good. The shower floor is so slippery, it is a danger and my partner refused to use it. Disappointing. And the app they want you to use is for ANOTHER third party, who want you to get a new email address that just works for them. Apart from that fabulous position and parking is good once you can figure it out. This is a particular complaint for Rambla; the ridiculous amount of stuff that has to be read to get your info. Made worse by Expedia. Want to stay in a room, not join your company in an immortal quest, or be friends with you. 'IMPORTANT MESSAGE'S' that one out of ten might be useful. Information buried in mountains of offers and rubbish. Operators do not know any specific address. And last SECOND information, putting the stress on the customer, rather than sending customer info ahead of time and the company having software that served us rather than them.
