The Private Chalet s'Tyrolia in Zwieselstein can accommodate up to 12 guests with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an infrared sauna. Ideal for skiers, hikers, and cyclists; located right on the biking and hiking trail and just 100 m from the bus stop for Sölden and Gurgl.

As passionate travelers, we know what makes a vacation special. We’ve incorporated many of the experiences we’ve had in hotels, apartments, and vacation homes during our travels through a wide variety of countries into the design of our chalet; so that when you arrive, you’ll feel right at home and can experience the Ötztal at its very best.
The Private Chalet s'Tyrolia is located in Zwieselstein, in a quiet yet central spot between Sölden, Gurgl, and Vent. With approximately 145 m² of space, it can accommodate up to 12 guests. Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious kitchen-dining area, and plenty of room to enjoy time together make the chalet particularly attractive for vacations with family and friends.
The heart of the chalet is the cozy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bench by the stove, and a wood-burning stove. After a day in the mountains, the infrared sauna invites you to relax. Balconies and a terrace offer views of the Ötztal mountains.
Hiking and biking trails start practically right outside the front door. The bus stop for Sölden and Gurgl is only about 100 meters away. In winter, a ski storage room with a boot dryer is available; in summer, a bike storage room with e-bike charging is provided. Two covered parking spaces with charging stations for electric cars are located right next to the chalet.
Technologically, too, s'Tyrolia combines alpine character with modern comfort: A Loxone smart-home system, its own solar panel array, and Wi-Fi are just as much a part of the amenities as a washer and dryer. Bed linens, as well as hand and bath towels, are of course provided.
s'Tyrolia is close to our hearts. The original farmhouse, which is about 600 years old, has been part of Zwieselstein for generations. After the devastating fire in February 2025, we decided not to give up on this special place. In 2026, The Private Chalet s’Tyrolia was completely rebuilt—not as a copy of the past, but with respect for its history and with the comforts we ourselves have come to appreciate on our travels.
At the same time, the Ötztal Valley and the Tyrolean mountains are our home. That’s why we’re happy to give our guests personal recommendations for hikes, ski days, excursions, restaurants, and special spots that you might not find in every travel guide.
The chalet is entirely yours during your stay. We’ll give you the privacy you desire, but we’re of course happy to be available if you need assistance or a personal recommendation.
