A newly renovated studio apartment with a small kitchenette and private bathroom is located in the historic center of Urbino, near the main square and the Ducal Palace. From Raffaello Da Urbino’s home, you can easily reach Pesaro, Rimini, Ravenna, and San Marino. I also rent to students for the academic year.
I’ve been renting my studio apartments to students for 30 years. This one is located on the first floor. It’s a studio apartment with a single bed.
The heating is centralized, which means the timer is set by the students who occupy the other studio apartments in the same building for the entire academic year. The temperature is usually on the warm side.
The washing machine is shared.
There may be some noise—there’s a pub nearby.
The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well-furnished; I ask that it be left in the same clean and tidy condition as you find it. Please be respectful of the home’s belongings and furnishings. We appreciate polite and respectful guests.
Absolutely no rowdy groups, loud music, or loud noises. Our home is not a hostel or a hotel. Please do not treat your VRBO experience as if it were one. Here are some additional rules. Please read the house rules before booking. We appreciate receiving a booking inquiry before you book.
Cleaning and fresh linens are provided only upon arrival. After that, guests are responsible for their own cleaning and linens.
Due to previous unpleasant incidents, we ask that you sign an inventory list.
Please specify your arrival time because we’re from Rimini and it takes us an hour and a half to get to Urbino. As already mentioned, we prefer check-in between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

The apartment is located right in the historic center, so it’s in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). If you plan to drive, you’ll need to obtain a permit.

One more thing: I’d appreciate it if you’d let me show the studio apartment to students who might rent it for the academic year.
