About this campervan rental

Meet The Carmel by Scenic Vans, a campervan rental and custom-build company based in the Sacramento area. The Carmel combines a convertible dinette with a ceiling-mounted lift bed, giving families and travel companions a flexible place to eat, relax and sleep. The dinette becomes a queen-sized bed, and a separate full-size bed lowers from the ceiling on a Happijac lift. An optional front-seat air mattress provides another sleeping arrangement; ask us through this listing about the best setup and approved passenger capacity for your group. An induction cooktop, deep sink and generous counter space make meal preparation straightforward. The Tetravan convertible indoor shower folds away when it is not in use, and a chemical toilet is on board. You do not need to empty the toilet on return, though longer trips may require emptying it along the way. The van has a 600Ah lithium battery system, 3000W inverter and 400W solar array. A 12V air conditioner over the bed, a ventilation fan, window coverings and an Espar heater support cabin comfort. Electrical runtime depends on equipment use and conditions.
