Location

We were quite disappointed with this accommodation. The apartment is visibly old and poorly maintained, and many of the appliances are very worn out and barely functioning. We also had issues with the bathroom: the toilet and sink were not working properly, which made our stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the apartment was constantly very cold, and the thermostat wasn’t working at all, despite our attempts to adjust the temperature. Overall, the experience was not a pleasant one, and the description of the property does not match the reality. I would not recommend this accommodation in its current condition.

Fair sized apartment

Good sized apartment with good facilities. Area felt safe. Generally comfortable.

Some fittings, eg in the bathroom, need upgrading. Small box room is very dark.

Great location and apartment.

The apartment is in a great location near Sagrada Familia, shopping, and metro stations. It is spacious and comfortable.

The check-in process was a bit of a pain, and the host answered my questions by referring me back to a separate online checkin portal. The apartment was in a total dead zone for my cell provider and having to check the online form to get onto WiFi meant leaving the apartment and walking a couple blocks until I could get service so that I could take screenshots of the WiFi info before going back to get logged in. Also, while there were plenty of dishes, there were no cooking knives. There were only 3 cooking/serving utensils (a metal spatula, ladle, and spoon).
