Location. Cheaper than the hotel nearby.
The bed was too soft for me.
The windows are old, no real insulation and soundproof.

The apartment has a great location in 5-min proximity to the metro station, so in 15 minutes you are in the city center. The bed is comfortable, there are enough chairs and dishes, highly appreciated are the fans and the aircon. The bathroom facilities are fine, there was a small welcome set with a shower gel and shampoo.
The apartment description on Booking.com explicitly mentioned that there are mosquito nets in the apartment. However, there were none, the apartment was full of mosquitoes and it was hard to sleep. Moreover, there was no toilet paper. I think it is a common sense to provide some, but I was said by the owner that since it was not in the description, they do not have to provide it. I checked the description - toilet paper was mentioned. So, basically, the description does not match the reality, and we were offered no solution by the owner.
