The staff made this experience all the more better! They were so friendly and warm and it felt like we joined a family during our stay. The location and views were stunning and it just felt really relaxing.
Not anything necessarily bad, probably oversight on our part as well; but some of the rooms don’t come with aircon so I’d just triple check which rooms these are before you book.

the location had a really great view, and the staff was really really nice and accommodating throughout the stay! had some queries about a burning smell at night and they were willing to come down to check it out, but it was just the nearby farmers burning crops. they have really cute dogs and cats roaming in the lobby that are just chilling on their own, which adds to the vibe totally :)
for some reason we thought there was an aircon which there isn't, so it tends to be warmer around the afternoon (the staff did give us a heads up about this on the first day of check in!) there was also an instance where i was just having my breakfast and was asked to move because of some tourists wanting to take their picture, and i felt that maybe the owners could step in to ensure that their paying guests are not affected by other tourists, hard to order grabfood due to the stay being far from town, i had 5 grab drivers cancelled on me when i didn't want to tip them a big sum!
