Although it’s seems to be expected through both NZ & Australia , Rubbish removal by the vendor was always expected , As part of a normal clean you would come sweep the floors change the sheets , Make sure benches toilets showers are clean , taking rubbish with you as you leave the Init for the next Guest
This used to be e normal procedure ,
I ran a commercial Cleaning Business for almost 20 years , this was expected of our staff This no longer seems to be the case
Rubbish lid on toilet lid needs a good wipe
Or scrub , no other issues , Being old school I do consider Basic rubbish removal is a service that should be supplied by the Owner

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully presented, modern apartment. It was spotlessly clean, neat and tidy, and very well equipped to meet all our needs. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all on offer. The views from the apartment are just amazing. A great location for visitors wanting to explore the city. The host is very responsive and helpful. Great communication. We appreciated the use of the car parking as well. Would love to return here again in the future.
We have no complaints at all.

Lovely bright apartment
Great view out to harbor
Nice comfortable beds and linens
Easy access to shops and waterfront
Lots of good clear instructions for self check in.
Well stocked kitchen appliances, crockery etc.
It was a little cold at times, but there was a heater.

The view is its selling feature. It is in walking distance to Cuba St. and shops.
Maneuvering a vehicle, no matter the size, in the parking structure is very difficult. Portable heaters. The washer/dryer combo was a pain; better instructions needed, had to Google the appliance multiple times to figure it out and clothes still never dried properly.
