- Le logement se situe dans le village le plus haut de Nuwera Eliya
Nous avons passé 12j au Sri Lanka et il s'agit de notre 6e logement. Celui-ci fut de loin le pire. Et pourtant nous n'avons pas séjourné dans des hôtels mais des maisons.
- logement insalubre, très humide avec des traces de moisissures. Une odeur persistante et très désagréable dans toutes les pièces. Les draps n'étaient pas propres (des tâches un peu partout).
- les salles de bain et toilettes étaient peu propres, pas de savon pour se laver les mains, et de l'eau par terre dans toute la salle de bain. Je comprends pourquoi il n'y pas de photo des salles de bain sur l'annonce
- il fallait payer un supplément de 2000 LKR pour avoir un petit chauffage d'appoint soit 10000 LKR pour toutes les chambres à prévoir, ce qui représente un quart du prix du logement. A noter que le logement est très mal isolés, nous avons eu très froid.
- l'hôte propose un service d'achat et de préparation de dîner et petit déjeuner. Ce que nous avons choisi. Le repas était correct en revanche le service s'en tenait au strict minimum, il a fallu relancer pour avoir des couverts, des verres, des serviettes que nous n'avons pas eu pour tous au final. Le peu de couverts disponible etaient sales.
- le logement n'était pas accessible avec notre mini bus du fait de la pente très élevée pour accéder au logement. Nous avons du réserver un chauffeur via PickMe pour nous déposer au logement au moyen de 3 allers retours soit 3000 LKR au total pour la montée et de même pour la descente.
- La personne en charge du logement a passé sa matinée au téléphone et nous a à peine dit au revoir.
