Amazing

The security was a little bit confusing if you don’t speak Portuguese but the staff were all very helpful. The self service store on the 3rd floor was super convenient.

I come here for work it was right next door i stayed for about 3 months although i was able to solve all my issues i wor

Centrally located

Property management known for having problems the doormen of the building recomended using booking app hi Charlie as this one has been none to have guests leaving without entering their rooms

I come here for work.

I am loathe to compliment

The administration is awful . They take a long time to register you. The facilities are often out of order . The admins work hours are 9-5 but you can only check in till 3pm I have seen legions of people locked out of there rooms or have problems with the security cause support was unavailable to them and having to go elsewhere unrefunded. Without good Portugues here you could have serious problems

In São Paulo for work admin made my life more stressful

Facilities would be nice if they worked . Big reason I booked was to use the laundry facilities. Guess what out of order with no answer for how long or why.

The property management is the worst in the game . They won’t answer at night or on weekends and even then take days . I arrived and wasn’t even registered as a guest after being told to leave by the management and hours on the phone with booking I was given access to the building. If I didnt have strong Portuguese I’d have big problems. This company needs to really look at itself . I have never in my life returned a burnt plate of food at a restaurant but this was above and beyond bad .
