It’s near to women side Haram entrance. Restaurants, fast food, coffee shops, grocery shops are available nearby. Taxis to anywhere in Madinah can be found next to the hotel.
I was on the ninth floor and lot of noise from the nearby construction site.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was excellent. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Definitely a great place to stay, and I would happily visit again. Highly recommended!

1. Location was good - a 5 minute walk from Masjid An Nabawi.
2. Breakfast was very nice, lots of options.
1. When I requested for my room to be cleaned it was not done properly at all (bed wasn’t made properly, dirty dishes left out). One of the hand towels was dirty when we first checked in to the room.
2. The receptionist barely spoke English and had to pass the phone to someone else when I was requesting for my room to be cleaned at a certain time.
3. Value for money was not good - way too expensive for a 2 star hotel.
