About this apartment rental
It may not be Lisbon... but it’s close ;-). We’d love to welcome you as a guest in our “LISBOA” apartment, which we’ve furnished for you in a Mediterranean style.
You’ll get a taste of that Mediterranean vibe as soon as you arrive, and you’ll sleep soundly and relax in the Sansibar bed.
You’ll want for nothing—we’ve taken care of everything and hope you have a restful stay.
The apartment was just completed this month and is therefore brand new.
The accommodation
All rooms were renovated in 2023 and furnished with new furniture and a new kitchen. The bathroom is also new and leaves nothing to be desired. You’ll feel right at home from the very first moment.
You’ll have a bedroom with a new box spring bed (200x180 cm); the second room is a living room with a 55-inch TV and a very comfortable sleeper sofa (200x160 cm) featuring a slatted frame and a spring mattress, accommodating 2 additional guests.
The fully equipped kitchen will make your heart sing—it has everything you need: an induction cooktop, an oven with a built-in microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, an exhaust hood, and, of course, cutlery, dishes, plates, etc. Get cooking right away ;-)
In the stairwell, there’s a GUEST room containing additional cleaning supplies, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner (in case something goes wrong), and a self-service beverage bar.
Guests are welcome to use the garden and make themselves at home there.
You can rent a bicycle for a fee (4 hours: €10 / 8 hours: €15).
Guest access
You can enter the stairwell directly through the new front door, which was handcrafted by a carpenter. There, you’ll find your apartment on the first floor on the left.
Additional important information
All guests are welcome to use the newly landscaped garden to relax and unwind for a few hours after a day of sightseeing, a trade show visit, or work.
The garden features three furnished terraces. Here, you can enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, for example, or have breakfast on the terraces in the morning.
