Greetings from the Emmerenzia vacation rental in Söll am Wilden Kaiser! Here you’ll find the perfect place to settle in, feel at home, relax, and stay active—an oasis where you can leave everyday life behind and enjoy the beautiful landscape and mountains of Söll.
Our vacation rental features a lovely terrace from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Söll mountains and their unspoiled nature. For our youngest guests, we’ve set up a small playground right in front of the house in the garden, so there’s something for everyone.
In the summer, we’re the ideal starting point for hikes and offer convenient access to the region’s main hiking trails. The filming locations for the popular series *Der Bergdoktor* are also just a short distance away. For additional summer activities, Söll offers mini-golf and tennis.
The Söll gondola is just a 15-minute walk away, and the picturesque Ahornsee swimming lake is only 10 minutes away. The town center is also easily accessible in 15 minutes on foot.
In winter, the ski bus provides excellent access to Austria’s largest contiguous ski area, Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. You can join the Söll cross-country ski trail network right next to the house.
The ski bus in winter and the Kaiserjet in summer stop right outside our front door, offering you a convenient way to leave your car behind and enjoy a stress-free vacation.

Welcome to our vacation apartment with a panoramic view of the Söll mountains! Enjoy two cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a separate toilet.
