A warm welcome to Vacation Apartment 15 at the Fährhaus Sellin! Your temporary home welcomes you in a dreamlike location right on Lake Sellin and features 4 rooms and a total of 75 square meters of living space, spread across three floors.


On the first floor, you’ll find the extremely spacious living room with comfortable upholstered furniture and a magnificent view of the lake, the fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a guest restroom, and the utility room.


The living room’s entertainment system includes a large flat-screen TV, a CD/DVD player, and a hi-fi system. A small selection of books and a few games are also available. The open-concept kitchen offers everything you need to cook for yourself. This includes an induction stove with an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave with an oven, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Of course, all the necessary cooking and dining utensils are also provided.


You can choose to dine either in the cozy sitting area right next to the kitchen or on the terrace outside in the fresh Baltic Sea air. The sun shines here from late morning into the evening hours, and you can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea.


On the first floor, you’ll find the bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as two bedrooms. The larger of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a large closet, and a TV, and also offers a beautiful view of Lake Sellin. The smaller bedroom has two single beds (1.00 x 1.90 m).


In the loft on the second floor, under the roof, there are two additional single beds (1.00 x 2.00 m) and a spacious built-in closet.

• Terrace furniture, including a parasol, beach chair, and gas grill, is available seasonally.


A well-maintained bike and hiking trail runs right past the Fährhaus along Lake Sellin. It’s just a few steps to Sellin’s new marina. During the summer season, the Räucherschiff entices visitors with the finest culinary delights. Excursion boats offer tours through the Greifswald Bodden, to Lauterbach, and to Thiessow.


Apartment 15 at the Fährhaus Sellin can accommodate up to 4 people plus a toddler in a travel crib. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, smoking indoors and bringing pets are not permitted.
