A unique and peaceful mountain cabin. Entire property with a garden and surrounding wooded area, all fully fenced. Just a stone’s throw from a road accessible by car. Perfect for nature lovers, mountain bikers, and hikers. This charming retreat is the perfect place to escape the stress of everyday life and spend time with friends and family surrounded by nature. The house is accessible by car and is located about 10 km from Domaso, the water sports hub of Lake Como. The house consists of a living area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a new bathroom with a shower. There is no connection to the public power grid; solar panels provide electricity for the lights and TV. Outside, the balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and is surrounded by a fenced-in garden that offers privacy while still providing access to the surrounding woods. The garden’s main attractions are the large stone fireplace and the view of Lake Como. The property’s electricity is provided by solar panels, and although the property has a TV, there is no free internet connection, making it a perfect place for friends and families to reconnect and bond through conversation, games, and shared meals—far from the distractions of everyday life moderna.Il The TV receives only Italian channels but is equipped with an USB port, allowing guests to bring their favorite movies. Bed linens and towels, as well as dishes and cookware, are provided. On the lower level, there is a storage area for beverages, fruits, vegetables, and gardening tools.
