Air-conditioned chalet on 2 levels comprising on the 1st floor (independent access by an external staircase): a living room-kitchen lounge area (wine cellar and fondue bar), 3 bedrooms (double bed 160x200 cm) including 2 with a private bathroom (shower), 2 separate toilets, a separate bathroom (shower and 2 sinks). 2nd floor: a lounge area under the sloping floor (connected TV), a dormitory in the attic (4 single beds 90x200 cm), separate toilet with washbasin. Laundry room on the first floor with washing machine, dryer, ice maker, American fridge with freezer.

Large terrace in the extension of the living room overlooking the lake (large dining table + barbecue + deckchairs).
First floor: Garage for bicycles, motorcycles, boats, kayaks ...
