About this apartment rental
It all began way back in 1819 when the Curia decided to build what is now "Nel Vico." Located in the heart of Forcella, we invite you to lose yourself in the streets of downtown Naples.
Nel Vico is a two-level apartment with direct access from the street in one of Forcella’s most picturesque alleys. The upper floor features a large, elegant, and refined bedroom with a very comfortable 160x200 bed and a futon-style click-clack sofa bed. On the lower level, you’ll find the bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There’s also a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a second click-clack sofa bed that sleeps two.
In the very spacious bathroom, you’ll find a large shower. Soaps and shower gel from the Saudade line, as well as a hair dryer, are provided.
The apartment is located at VICO CROCE SANT’AGOSTINO ALLA ZECCA 6, in one of the most historic and beautiful areas of Naples, Forcella. The parking lot affiliated with the property is located at Vico Orte del Conte 16. Cost per day: 25 euros.
You’ll find a bottle of white wine on the table as a gift from the house. Coffee pods, sugar, and tea are available for your use.

The Wheel of the Foundlings in the Monumental Complex of the Royal Holy House of the SS Annunziata (270m). The rich history of this ancient Neapolitan institution, which for centuries has cared for abandoned children within the grand monumental complex of the SS. Annunziata in the historic center of Naples, just a short walk from the Forcella district.

The apartment is tucked away in the best possible area of Naples. It’s a 10 min walk from the bus/train station. A few minutes walk from the Main Street attractions of Naples. Great location. The port is about 20 mins walk away.
Anything we needed to know from Grazia the owner was answered within a few minutes.
We had a problem with the bathroom door and electric and this was all sorted professionally and with no disruption to our stay.
The apartment is fitted out with all the things you need. We stayed 7 nights and as most guests only stay 2 nights Grazia asked if it was ok to call and exchange the towels while we had a longer stay. The bathroom is fitted with an excellent hairdryer and the loveliest toiletries that smell amazing. The bed is probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, we’re both very early risers and found it so easy to sleep in till way past our normal waking time.
The store just round the corner is handy for anything you need and the famous Michele pizza shop is literally a stroll around the corner.
We would definitely book this apartment gain next time we visit Naples.
