About this villa rental
While being in the city center of the seaside resort of Andernos and 500 m from the beach and all the restaurants, you will be quiet to rest by a private swimming pool (1.80 x 5.50) with meals and aperitifs on the terrace. All shops and the market 2 steps from the house... Cycle paths 2 steps from the house...

On the first floor you enter a large living room of 50 m2 with a large TV screen, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet.
On the first floor you benefit from a master suite with a view of the garden and the swimming pool with a double bed, dressing room and private bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and toilet (privacy for the parents).
Upstairs you will benefit from 2 large bedrooms with new bedding in 180 x 200 and storage cupboards and a bathroom with Italian shower and of course a separate toilet.
You can also take advantage of the patio in the afternoons to rest or to devour a good book....of course we have the fiber to do so.
Our house benefits from all the advantages of being in the city center with parking for 2 private cars and the calm to rest. The cycle path to go around the pool by bike is 50 m from the house. You can leave your car during your stay without touching it by walking or cycling. We do not have any reviews or comments about our house at the moment because this is the first year that we are renting it out.
