The apartments Bed and Sofa bed were hard, found this to not be particularly comfortable and the shower was inconsistent with warm/hot water so a lot of tepid showers. There was construction noise coming from across the road from what looked like a multi storey car park, however thats not the owners fault.

It was clean, modern, well located for the area, very well equipped with all the things you’d need for your stay
The blinds were a bit smaller than the window so there was some light constantly in the room during the night and it was a bit noisy when people were walking outside the room or on the upper floor

Good location for Elizabeth line and DLR. Close to supermarket
Bed was comfortable
Good internet
Good range of cleaning products
Concierge at entrance (although wasn't there on one occasion)
Crisps and bottled water were left which was a nice touch
Quite overnight.
Building within which the flat was located is tired and decor needs improving. View from flat was a car park.
Water in apartment was only warm, even when using the boost function. Maybe the water temp is set too low?
Heating/Hot water instructions were a little confusing e.g. panel upstairs (it was a flat) above the bed, It wasn't!
No teaspoons
Only one baking tray - could do with at least one more
Drawers at the bottom of the wardrobe could not be used as when you pulled them out, the bottom shelf of the wardrobe came out as well.
Couch was quite hard and not that comfortable. Appreciate it is a sofa bed
Some things listed in the house manual not quite accurate e.g. heating instructions as mentioned, mirror inside wardrobe (there was not and the wardrobes had no doors) Clock above bed - there wasn't etc. Maybe this list needs updating/checking
