A last minute drive across France following our ferry being cancelled was the reason behind our stay. The hotel is located on a hill outside the town centre. Excellent underground secure car parking. Easy lift access to all floors. Room nice and cosy as the weather was terrible. Comfortable bed and good TV. On site restaurant was popular and the food OK. Very nice wine available by the glass. The cost of the room was good value.
The swimming pool is actually a small wellness type pool at an additional charge.

A great hotel finished to very high standard perfect for exploring Rouen and visiting the surrounding area.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful.
The restaurant was good and provided an excellent self-service breakfast with plenty of choice. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was equally good.
The car park was convenient with flexibility to either visit Rouen by car or by using nearby public transport.
100% thoroughly recommended.

Lovely room which was exceptionally clean. Staff are pleasant
When we checked in there was a problem with our booking and we were told to get a drink in the bar despite driving for 7 hours. This was not a complementary drink. When we checked out the amount we had paid on check-in was not showing in the system so they need to sort the computer system out. Price for dog is extortionate especially when you don’t get any bowls or bed which is provided in other dog friendly hotels. 19 euros for parking is also extreme
