The facilities were very good: well maintained, comfortable and clean. The lobby and common areas were beautiful, and overall the hotel offered a pleasant environment for my stay.
There was miscommunication about check-out. I was told check-out was at noon, but when I returned to my room before then, housekeeping was already inside with my things moved around already. It was unsettling, and it would help to align front desk and housekeeping on guests' check-out times.

The hotel staff are well-trained, friendly and helpful.
The hotel interior is beautiful - so much so that we chose it as our wedding venue.
The catering team were very helpful for our event.
The rooms were beautifully laid out and stylishly furnished/decorated, with glowing reports from all our overseas guests.
The facade of the hotel is deteriorating fairly quickly, probably due to a lot of construction dust in the area. it will need regular maintenance to stop the hotel from aging far quicker than its 2 years of existence.
That construction can be a little noisy, but is far enough away not to be a problem.
The road outside is a fairly major bypass and so a stroll out of the hotel is not advisable.

Very clean property , very friendly staff , nice food
All was well about the property .
However the free airport transfer ( from Booking.com) which made us choose the property against other hotels was non- existent.
The stress of having to organise taxi to airport was not an anticipated.
