Comfortable bed and excellent air-conditioning. Great location! Bartenders were friendly.
Room 102 is not very soundproof. We stayed on Sunday so the bar wasn't busy late, but had it been busy, it would have been difficult to sleep. Additionally, it would be great to have a bottle opener/wine tool in the room.

It was in walking distance to restaurants/bars.
Water pressure is low.

I loved the location and how nice the room was.
Parking is a little misleading. Bathroom floors could have been cleaner, but this is me being picky. The fan in the room did not work and one of the lights by the bed was also not working.

The bed is amazing tho, what brand? Also very convenient to downtown bars.
The shower never got warm so definitely not hot enough for a shower. Not sure what you can do more for making it quiet but we were frequently woken up. Also for $300 a night, cosmically I would think the carpet wouldn't be lumpy and there wouldn't be paint chips throughout the room along with rusty vents.
