The facilities were very nice. The breakfast room had a beautiful view and the breakfast was very good and varied each day. I enjoyed the laundry facilities and the staff was helpful when I first got in and had issues connecting to the internet to order food my first night. The room was quite nice, although I asked for a quiet room and they put me close to the elevators so it wasn't always that quiet.
The soundproofing in this hotel is ABYSMAL. I could heard people next door, on both sides of my room and anytime someone closed a door or slammed the bathroom door it basically shook the whole room. There were also multiple times where I could smell cigarette smoke, even all the way up on the 36th floor. If you want a quiet, truly smoke free stay I can't completely recommend this hotel. While the facilities were nice, it was overshadowed by the noise and the smoke smell.

"Very good service from the team. The stand out is Frank who might be the manager, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect."
