В начале проживания возникли небольшие проблемы с тёплым полом и повышенной влажностью в номере, но персонал оперативно отреагировал и помог решить эти вопросы.

Die Lage ist fantastisch.
Mitten in dem sehr belebten Stadtteil Karlin von Prag.
Man kommt raus aus der Tür und findet Restaurant, Pub‘s, Cafés.
Sehr junges gepflegtes Viertel.
Straßenbahn Haltestelle gleich ums Eck.
20-30 min bis zur Karlsbrücke, 10-15 min in die Innenstadt.
Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Für zwei Personen perfekt.
Für 4 Personen zu klein.
Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen Altbau in einem Hinterhof gelegen.
Man fühlt sich sehr sicher.
Einzig, dass man aus dem Fenster auf de Hinterhof schaut ist vielleicht ein kleines Manko.

Perfect location, few tram stops away from the Venceslas Square, several direct tram lines running every few minutes, we were shocked how incredibly accessible everything was from this location. Tram stop was 2 min walk and tube station was 6 min walk. The apartment itself was stunning loft apartment. Very clean, modern, spacious and tastefully decorated. The balcony is added bonus and has stunning views over the rooftops. We were a group of 9 and it didn’t feel crowded at all. We absolutely loved the apartment and the location.

locating the lockbox based on the instructions was not straightforward, there was a picture of the box but not telling you where it is.
the pictures are deceptive, the 'terrace' was a small balcony' in the studio I had and it gave onto the flat doors across, no natural light and no seeing the sky but also no privacy whatsoever, so if you wanted to change or anything, I needed to close the blackout curtains. No way I could have sat on the balcony, it felt a very strange experience as so many people were just a couple of meters away getting in and out of the other flats. No way you could keep the windows open at night as very noisy, courtyard effect.
The kitchen was not well equipped, not even a wooden spoon -or equivalent, a massive frying pan (8-10 people) rather than one to do scramble eggs for one or two! No appliances notice so trying to get the hob to work meant that I ended up asking the customer service as I got stuck -and I am not completely stupid! it took a while for them to find the answer but they were responsive.
Over priced for the experience I had, sadly not for me
