Clean spacious and well presented.
The staff couldn’t do enough. The young man carried out bags up all the flights of stairs. The hostess was in hand if anything was needed or answered

The place was clean and tidy. The facilities were really good and had everything we required.
A really good touch was the host sent us through a text message once we'd checked with some details of restaurants and places to visit in the area.
Great communication for checking in which worked really well.
The beds were a touch on the soft side for me however my daughter found her bed to her satisfaction.
Only other point is that an exterior light would be ideal as it was very dark on the steps to the front door.

Spacious apartment
The shower is not working properly. All the controls do the opposite. So cold is hot etc.
You spend your whole time in shower altering the controls to get temperature right.

Location close to shops,restaurants and public transport .
Although the property had been renovated it lacked finishing touches . Bare light bulbs without shades . Spare front door key to main building which didn’t work. That might have been the reason for being told to take both sets of keys with us when we went out. The flat is at the top of the building and the stairwell was dirty throughout our stay. Temperature of shower was inconsistent. Finally a small but essential point no tea towel.
