Edificio histórico con limpieza como asignatura pendiente.

Nos gustó la ubicación, a apenas unos metros de la catedral de Sainte Cécile, y del centro histórico de Albi. También valoramos que es un alojamiento dentro del barrio histórico con elementos arquitectónicos propios de la ciudad. Una puntualización : pensamos que es un apartamento con mucho potencial debido a que está muy bien ubicado en pleno centro del casco histórico y comercial de la ciudad y que con algunas mejoras en el aspecto de la limpieza y mantenimiento en general éste ganaría mucho.

La verdad es que el alojamiento era bastante funcional y moderno a la vez. Aunque con una falta importante de limpieza, ya que se mirase por donde se mirase todo estaba cubierto de polvo. Por no hablar de la falta de un armario donde dejar las cosas y unas puertas que separasen el baño del dormitorio, ya que en vez de puerta había una cortina, con lo que suponía una falta de intimidad total. Por no hablar, de que al abrir un cajón del escritorio encontramos una caja vacía de un test de embarazo. ¡¡ El colmo del surrealismo!! Muchas felicidades a los futuros papás!!! Todos los electrodomésticos, como la cafetera, hervidor de agua, nevera y vitrocerámica... estaba todo cubierto de una capa de polvo, muebles incluidos. La encimera también necesitaba un repaso de limpieza y sobre todo el estropajo, sucio y muy usado. Un hecho que implica una falta de higiene total. En el baño el jabón de manos había sido rellenado con agua para poder alargar su uso. El televisor imposible de poderlo hacer funcionar, ya que el dueño solo dejó unas instrucciones en donde se nos decía que el aparato funcionaba con la Box. Sugeriría que en la hoja de instrucciones se especificase un poco más cómo debería funcionar el televisor. La habitación carecía de mesita de noche, así que no había ni lamparita ni ningún sitio donde poder dejar algún objeto personal. La cama era más bien estrecha y al ser una habitación más bien pequeña la cama estaba arrimada a la pared. Por último, destacar la suciedad y olor a humedad que se nota con solo abrir la puerta de la calle. Las escaleras estaban llenas de polvo como si hiciese meses que nadie había pasado una escoba por ahí. Y el colmo de todo, es que las luces de la entrada del bloque no funcionaban, por lo que subir hasta el apartamento era toda una odisea, ya que además se dice que el apartamento está situado en un segundo piso, y no es así, sino que hay un entresuelo.

Charmant appartement coeur d'albi

Calme. Parfait pour 2 personnes le temps d'un court séjour. Au pied du centre ville d'albi et de toutes ses commodités. Période canicule donc appart très chaud, le propriétaire très dispo pour nous apporter un plus gros ventilateur, nous avons apprécié

Pas grand chose à signaler. La douche un peu petite mais en y ajoutant un porte savon sur la hauteur, ce serait parfait.
