Warning to future guests: This property has safety, structural, accessibility, and hygiene issues

The location of the property is undeniably good and convenient. Communication via WhatsApp was prompt and responsive on a daily basis. When the Smart TV wouldn't work because the Wi-Fi password wasn't properly configured, a staff member spent time helping us set it up step-by-step via video call. (Note: I speak English, but anyone who doesn't will struggle significantly to follow these over-the-phone instructions just to get the TV to work).

EXTREME ACCESSIBILITY HAZARD (STAIRS): Do NOT book this property if you are traveling with young children, use a wheelchair, or have mobility or health conditions (such as asthma). Access involves multiple flights of extremely steep, narrow stairs, making it hazardous to navigate or carry heavy luggage. MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD: The exterior balcony door has no functional lock or key and is directly accessible from adjoining properties. Anyone from neighboring flats can walk straight into the apartment. Management’s excuse was that they "don't provide keys because guests keep losing them"—a completely unacceptable justification for leaving an apartment unsecured. SEVERE NOISE & NO SOUNDPROOFING: The listing claims the flat is soundproofed, which is completely false. From 7:00 AM onwards, there is constant, loud disruption from heavy footsteps and door slamming from the upstairs neighbor (also managed by AC Property), who dismissed us when we tried to address it. HYGIENE & BEDDING: Upon arrival, the top of the fridge was covered in months of thick black grease, surfaces were dusty, and we were provided with a dirty, used kitchen sponge. Essential items like paper towels or tea towels were missing. Worse, the duvet, pillows, and mattress protector all had visible yellow stains, and the pillows were very old. (Perhaps thanks to my insistence on requesting replacement bedding, future guests might enjoy a slightly more hygienic set). UNCOMFORTABLE FURNITURE: The sofa bed advertised is rock hard—literally like sleeping on a brick. Do not be misled by photos or description tags. Manage your expectations carefully if you decide to stay here. Sadly I can't upload videos in here
