Much bigger and smarter than expected. The pool is amazing. The beds were comfortable.
We had to leave early in the morning so no breakfast.

A notice in booking dot com re free airport bus would have been useful. Jetkagged and unfamiliar with kl airport meant I wasted an hour and money with cancelled bolt taxi rides. On my arrival at o
0830 I was told I needed to pay for an early checkin as checkin unavailable until 3 pm or earlier at 1pm. Ridiculous for an airport hotel which I had booked purely for sleeping as my next flight left at 2040 the same day- my room was for less than ten hours. I would have cancelled there and then but I had prepaid with booking dot com and there would not be a refund. I had emailed the hotel the previous day to ask if breakfast was included and informed hotel of my arrival time of 0550. The staff were understanding but stuck to hotel policy. I was given an upgraded room but still was charged. I am not happy about this from a hotel servicing airport travellers and a variety of arrival times to suit flight schedules.
