The property was in a great location, walkable to the shopping centre Liverpool one and local attractions very easily. Nice restaurants on the road and other great fun activities like neon paint parties and pins.
Parking very close to the property 30 second walk for £25 a day or a 5 minute walk was £8 a day on upper Pitt street or Kent street. Lift access which was great with suitcases and buggy. Comfortable for a family of 5. Also nice and quiet. The hosts also had really great communication before and during the stay which was helpful.
Looks very nice but could do with some slight TLC. It took me a couple of days to find the tea bags, (located in the cutlery drawer. Not great lighting for doing make up. But only for feedback purposes, we had a great stay.

It could do with a good vacuum- carpets had visible dust particles .

Property and facilities were great.
The WiFi connection was very bad and meant that I couldn’t work as scheduled which resulted in a lot of stress and meant I had to log on for a zoom meeting at a family member’s house elsewhere. Some areas of the property were scruffy and the framed pictures on the wall were broken.
