Easily our favorite stay in Armenia as it is clean, comfortable and peaceful. The room has ample space, the bathroom shower was excellent and there is a kitchenette should you wish to create your own meals. They have a washing machine and drying racks if you are in need. There is also an outdoor sitting area and the location is very quiet with a view of the mountains. The owner hopes to have an indoor pool and sauna operational in a month's time. Totally recommend staying here, the photos are accurate.
Probably best to have a car if staying here as it is a good hike to the center of town. Or use yandex go/taxi.

The apartment is very big and we enjoyed the space and the view as well
The entrance is a bit difficult for the cars and specially for me were I was using a fan Staria. Also, the work maintenance for the below apartment was ongoing, However, they had took our approval prior resuming the work.
